Leighton Meester wore this Marchesa Side-Bow Dress on Gossip Girl (epi: 3.09 They Shoot Humphreys, Don't They?). The only difference between the dresses is that Leighton's has sequins. Of course, sequins = more $. I think she may be wearing Diane von Furstenberg Sable Strappy Suede Sandal (now on sale), but I'm not 100% convinced.
