I don't know why, but a song always pops into my head before I begin a new post. Uptown Girl by Billy Joel was the one that came to mind when I started this one. Whitney attended the Louis Vuitton-sponsored party celebrating the 40th anniversary of the lunar landying in New York City, and her style was very prim and proper - very much unlike her usual hippie-chic self. She looks good though. Her lbd is by Rachel Comey, and her necklace is by Erickson Beamon (the one posted is a similar EB necklace but not the exact one worn by Whitney). The Giuseppe Zanotti Cabochon-Studded Pumps are the real star though. Sooooooo posh.
